Notable Amazon Review(s)

I am an arborist (2 years) and my company ordered these saws and I use them side by side with the Stihls climbing and on the ground. I am very impressed with the Tanaka TCS33EDTP. Unexpectedly good power, weight, and handling. I would say they are every bit as good as a Stihl except for a few things:

1. Very irritating/frustrating placement of a the lanyard loop. It is way too close to the air filter box and is constantly rubbing and some carabiners don't fit. 2. The gas and oil caps stick sometimes from heat and use, and are hard to get off. 3. Can be very hot hanging against your leg while climbing. Other than that it is fantastic. For the price compared to Stihl you can't beat it.
