"The Husqvarna 450 is a hell of a saw and definitely glad I made this buy. It's been put to work and has yet to leave me down.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the plastic clips to remove the top cover broke about 6 months into owning it. The carb is more temperamental than my last Husqy. I find myself having to adjust it every time there's a 10degree temperature change.
Overall, I'd rather have this saw than any other in it's class."
"It's a little difficult to start, but once it's on, it's ON! I purchased this saw to clear a small area of cedar and oak trees. Once I got going, I wound up clearing a much larger area with some good sized (14" diameter) trees.
This saw tore through the cedar and even a few mesquite like they were butter. The chain holds up very well to the abuse of hard wood."
