I recently had the oiler go out on it and took it to the dealer to be fixed as it was still under warranty. They have had it for 3 weeks…..yeah I said 3 weeks and the dealer is telling me that they cant get the oiler for it because Echo is dragging their feet sending them one. Now I dont know whether the dealer dropped the ball or if Echo is actually dragging their feet on the warranty issue but I need my saw back. I have a VERY large tree down in my yard that is half cut up and Ive already hauled 6.5 tons of tree off.and havent got the 25ft of base cut yet…..lol. Its a great saw and will eat a tree.
